Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about how your artwork reaches you:

Every FK Prints piece is printed and produced to order especially for you — so the timeframes below cover both production and shipping.
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Production and delivery times are counted from payment confirmation, in business days — they do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Some deliveries may take place on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, depending on the carrier.
Once payment is confirmed, the invoice is issued within up to 2 business days.
As these are artworks printed to order, we hold no ready stock — we therefore ask for your understanding regarding the production times stated on each product page.
For shipments by Correios, up to 3 delivery attempts are made to the address given; for courier shipments, 1 attempt is made. Additional attempts, as well as storage at the carrier's depot, may be charged. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the order using the tracking code sent by email.
Someone must be present at the address given — you, or another person over 18 authorised by you, with photo ID — to receive the artwork during business hours.
Once an order is placed, the delivery method cannot be changed and orders cannot be expedited or prioritised. If anything unexpected comes up, email us straight away at hello@fabianakocubey.com so we can see together whether there is still time to sort it out.
As each artwork is unique and produced especially for the buyer, we do not accept change-of-mind exchanges once production has started — only in cases of manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
