To ensure the longevity of your artwork, it is suggested to follow these recommendations:

If your artwork is framed:

For the frame:

Use a soft duster to regularly remove dust from the frame. If necessary, lightly dampen a soft cloth with water and gently wipe the frame — avoid excessive water, which can damage the wood, and dry thoroughly after cleaning. For deeper cleaning, use products specifically designed for the type of wood of your frame.

For the glass:

Use a soft, dry cloth, such as microfiber. For more stubborn stains, use a solution of water with white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a specific glass cleaning product — spray onto the cloth and clean with circular motions, drying thoroughly afterward. Avoid abrasive products, such as alcohol or ammonia, which can damage the glass and the frame.

General care: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight to prevent colors from fading. Hold the artwork by the sides of the frame, avoiding touching the image or the glass.

Unframed (print):

We recommend framing your print as soon as possible, using quality materials such as UV-protected glass and an acid-free frame. Choose a dry, airy location with indirect light to hang your photograph — avoid walls that receive direct sunlight or humidity. To clean, use a dry, soft cloth, avoiding chemical products. Handle the print with care, holding it by the edges and avoiding touching the image surface.

Extra tip:

If you need to store your photograph for a long period, protect it in an acid-free paper envelope or in an archive box, in a dry and airy place.
