HOW TO BUY
1. Registration — Enter your personal data and delivery address. If the product is a gift to another address, please provide complete information in the observation field.
2. Artwork Selection — Browse the gallery and add your chosen images to the cart. When selecting a Fine Art photograph, you will receive a printed certificate of authenticity with the edition number (out of 5), signed and dated by the artist, with a numbered holographic seal, as well as conservation instructions. Prints come with a digital signature from the artist.
3. Size — Select one of the available sizes for each image. When choosing a frame with a matboard, the artwork gains an additional 3cm on each side (6cm in total, horizontal and vertical). Can't find the size you're looking for? Contact us — we work on exclusive projects.
4. Frame — Choose one of the four materials we offer: light wood, dark wood, black, or white. We use standard glass. For greater thickness, anti-reflective glass, or other finishes, please contact us — we develop customized projects.
5. Finish — We offer a simple frame or one with a 3cm white matboard. For other sizes, colors, or materials, please contact us.
6. Shopping Cart — After finalizing your variant choices, add to cart and proceed to payment.
7. Payment Method — Installments up to 12x on credit card. Pay via PIX for a 6% discount.
8. Shipping — At checkout, you can calculate shipping and choose the option that best suits your needs, according to the size, weight, and destination zip code. Free shipping for Greater São Paulo on purchases over R$ 1,000.00.
9. Finalize your purchase — Review the details before confirming. You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.
10. Production and Delivery Time
Print only:
- Posters: up to 5 business days for production
- Prints: up to 7 business days for production
- Fine Art: up to 10 business days for production — this period is dedicated to the excellent finish each limited edition piece requires
With frame:
- Prints: up to 15 business days for production
- Fine Art: 30 to 35 business days for production, varying according to the size of the artwork
In all cases, the delivery time is added to the production time and varies according to the carrier and destination chosen at checkout. You will receive email updates at each stage, including the tracking code.
